What are emotional release tools

How to do them safely

Hand Scream

This may look weird; but it is showing how much energy is in our bodies. I am forcefully screaming; making my face turn red. Imagine if I was directing this energy toward someone else! Instead I am safely offering myself containment by covering my mouth, shaking my belly and activating my throat chakra to let the sound out.

Pillow Scream

Power Stomp

Pay attention to where you are stomping your feet; think about doing it on a carpeted floor or yoga mat. It also may be more comfortable to do it in sneakers.

Waiting/Grief Ritual

Pillow Pound

Pelvic Thrust with Pillow

Tantrum
